People
For our Employees: People at the heart of our success
The Group’s workforce is our greatest strength. We are building our success based on respect and appreciation for the diversity of our teams.
A positive working environment
Our mission is to make Delfingen a great place to work. We cultivate a motivating environment where human relations are paramount. Every year, we assess our employees’ satisfaction. For us, this is a key indicator, confirming that our decisions and actions are a true reflection of our shared values, based on a balance between benevolence and high standards.

Career development and opportunities
Our growth offers our talented staff a rich and varied career path. We systematically favour internal promotion for each new position and encourage mobility, whether geographical or between different business lines, as a key lever for skills development.
Continuing education
In a constantly changing world, skills development is a strategic issue. We offer a wide range of technical, linguistic, cultural and managerial training courses to support our employees’ aspirations and meet the challenges facing the company. We also invest in apprenticeships and mentoring to facilitate integration and harmonise our practices.

Gender equality in the workplace
Delfingen actively promotes gender equality.
Our Workplace Equality Index is 81/100 for 2024 (France scope)
This score breaks down as follows:
- Pay gap: 31/40.
- Pay increase rate gap: 35/35.
- Percentage increase on return from maternity leave: 15/15.
- Number of women among the company’s 10 highest earners: 0/10.
In accordance with the regulations, we have defined clear targets for progress. Delfingen is committed to analysing pay gaps on an annual basis to ensure fair pay for equivalent positions and skills. In addition, we aim to include at least one more woman among the ten highest earners by 2030.
Our Decent Work Charter
Since 2007, our Decent Work Charter has guaranteed equivalent working conditions which respect human rights at all our sites worldwide. Our commitments include:
- Guaranteeing the same level of safety and environmental protection everywhere.
- Promote equality with regard to arduous work.
- Refusing to employ children under the age of 16 in our entire value chain.
- Ensuring equivalent pay for equivalent work without discrimination.
- Applying zero tolerance for sexual harassment.
- Fighting corruption and influence peddling.
Planet
Delfingen is committed to developing a sustainable business model. This leads to value creation which includes economic, environmental and social considerations covering the entire product life cycle.
A World in Transition
Climate change is a reality which we are tackling head-on. In processing thousands of tonnes of plastic every year, we have a responsibility to act on the environmental consequences of the materials we use and the markets we serve. This is why the fight against global warming is at the heart of our strategy. We contribute to this by developing innovative solutions specific to our markets to protect electrical harnesses, even in the most demanding environments (heat, radiation, electromagnetic).

An environmental policy, robust governance
Delfingen is committed to significantly reducing its greenhouse gas emissions and plastic pollution for a more sustainable future. By 2029, we are aiming for a 38% reduction in our Scope 1&2 emissions and a 32% reduction in our Scope 3 emissions.
To achieve these objectives, Delfingen is using several levers:
- Energy: controlling energy consumption, developing self-consumption and making greater use of low-carbon energies.
- Raw materials: Increase the use of recycled materials, optimising the materials mix.
- Production: Production location and eco-design of products.
- Transport: shift to modes of transport emitting less CO2.
- Offer: Develop sales in low-carbon sectors.
The robustness of this strategy is ensured by the governance set up by Delfingen. This governance structure brings together members of the Management Committee to ensure that the issue is a key one for the Group, as well as cross-functional teams (HR, Environment/CSR Leader, etc.), who are better placed to convey messages and promote change across all teams.
The rigorous nature of DELFINGEN’s environmental approach is ensured by several mechanisms to monitor and control the implementation of the company’s climate change adaptation and mitigation policy:
- SBTI
- CDP
- ECOVADIS
- ETHIFINANCE

Changing production methods
In this area, DELFINGEN is committed to four main priorities:
- Reducing waste.
- Product recyclability.
- Increasing the proportion of recycled materials in the mix of incoming materials.
Our commitment to responsible sourcing
We undertake the necessary due diligence to ensure that our supply chain does not contribute in any way to the financing of armed groups or human rights abuses. This approach is integrated into our Partner Code of Conduct and reflects our fundamental values of social justice and transparency.
A partnership based on dialogue and trust
We favour dialogue and mediation to resolve any disputes with our suppliers. If you have any queries, our Supplier Relations Mediator, Nicolas Hyenne, can be contacted at achatsresponsables@delfingen.com.
Recognition of our commitment
We are proud to have been awarded the “Responsible Supplier Relations & Purchasing” label in 2025. This distinction pays tribute to our long-standing commitment and encourages us to continue our efforts to build a more resilient, ethical future which respects our planet and working conditions.

Commitments to community support
The DELFINGEN Foundation
Set up in 2007, our Foundation is the cornerstone of our commitment to community support. It was born out of a desire to take action in the regions where the Group operates.
The Foundation is a real link between the Group, its employees and the regions, helping to empower individuals by taking sustainable action in several key areas: education, health, the environment, housing and disability.
Thanks to the involvement of volunteers, the Foundation is able to implement concrete projects for its employees, such as:
- Health: vaccination campaigns, vision screening.
- Education: provision of school equipment, study grants.
- Housing: micro-loans for renovation.
- Environment: reforestation projects.
- Disability: financial, technical and human assistance.

Sponsorship
DELFINGEN is proud of its sponsorship of the All Access space at the Eurockéennes festival in Belfort (France).
This partnership illustrates our commitment to inclusion and solidarity. As a sponsor, we help to make the festival accessible to all by funding services and infrastructure dedicated to people with disabilities, such as raised platforms, adapted pathways and support services.
Our support for this emblematic space at the Eurockéennes festival reflects our values, which aim to create a more open and caring world.
Employee commitment
Our employees are the beating heart of our commitment to community support. When difficulties arise, they show remarkable solidarity and cohesion to overcome the challenges. This team spirit naturally extends beyond the company, resulting in a deep commitment to helping those who need it most.
Through our Foundation, they are actively involved in putting their skills and energy at the service of projects which create a real and lasting impact for communities.
