As an international group, Delfingen is enriched by a diversity of cultures, beliefs and languages. Delfingen’s strength lies in its consideration and respect for these differences in our day-to-day work. This was notably reflected in the introduction, in 2007, of our Decent Work Charter, which guarantees equivalent working conditions for our coworkers across all our sites.
A great place to work
Making Delfingen a great place to work is one of the Human Resources department’s key objectives. Fostering engagement by providing a pleasant and motivating working environment where interpersonal relationships are of paramount importance is a daily challenge.
In order to ensure that the actions we undertake are in line with how our coworkers perceive them, we carry out an annual survey to gauge the working atmosphere and measure staff satisfaction. We are proud of the results. Delfingen really is a great place to work.
